​Welcome to the 6th annual Heart & Sole 5K, in honor of Courtney Frazine. It is a privilege to host this run/walk event to remember and honor the loving heart and kind, generous soul of Courtney Frazine. Fruitport Congregational Church is the site for this scenic and enjoyable 5K run and walk. Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 8:30AM is the date  and time for this memorial run and walk. All of the participants will receive a quality "Dri-Fit" tech shirt for this event. 

This event raises funds to support the mission of READ Muskegon, a non-profit that focuses on removing barriers to literacy for community members of Muskegon County.

We look forward to seeing and serving you as we honor Courtney and raise donations to charities close to Courtney's 

​heart.​         

At last year's 2023 event, $15,000 was raised and handed to READ Muskegon to assist their mission of enhancing literacy in Muskegon County. For more information on READ Muskegon, click on the "CHARITY" tab or the photo below.
