Event Information:

​Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 8:30AM is the date and time of the Heart & Sole 5K in honor of Courtney Frazine. Fruitport Congregational Church is graciously making their parking lots available to host this event. The run will start and finish in the church's parking lot. This course is measured, certified and sanctioned by USA Track & Field. The course is quite flat with 1 rolling hill. This event welcomes runners AND walkers to participate. Running strollers WILL be allowed. While we love our pets, unfortunately, pets will NOT be allowed on the course. Skateboards, bikes, roller blades and wagons will NOT be allowed on the course. 


Schedule:

Friday, October 11 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM: Packet pickup and late registration will take place under the white tent located in the church parking lot.

Saturday, October 12 from 6:30AM to 8:00AM: Packet pickup and late registration taking place under the outdoor tent in the church parking lot.

Awards:

Awards will be handed out shortly after the conclusion of the event. You must be present to receive your award. If you're unable to attend the awards presentation, a friend or family member may receive it on your behalf. Awards will not be mailed out. 


Aid Station:

There will be 1 aid station on the run course. It will be located at the halfway point / turn around of the run. You will be provided with water and Gatorade.


Post Race:

Once you've completed your event, you can get your bottled water and snacks at the "Registration / Food" tent.


Volunteers: 

Events of this nature can always use volunteers. Area to assist include, aid station, packet pickup (Friday & Saturday), Run course directions, finish line assistance, post race food set up to name a few. If you, your friends, your group/club, or business would like to help, please contact us on the "Contact" page.
